No sign-up needed! Established Patients who have been seen in one of our clinics (below) for a visit with a Provider, since 12/1/22, have been automatically created in the new portal.

Clinics: Walk-In Care Oak Habor, Walk-In Care Coupeville, Walk-In Care Clinton, Behavioral Health Oak Harbor/Freeland, Primary Care Oak Harbor,  Primary Care Freeland, Primary Care Coupeville, Primary Care Clinton, Surgical Care, Urology Care, Women’s Care and/or Orthopedic Care.

How to access: Welcome emails have been automatically generated for each patient meeting the above criteria. The Welcome email will be sent from the email address: [email protected]. These emails contain a link to this portal, with the patients username, and a temporary password. Patients will then have 45 days to log in and create a new password before the temporary password expires. Please check your email including spam/junk folders for your Welcome message.

New Patients who have a valid email address on file in their registration will have a portal account automatically created 1 day following their initial office visit with a Provider at one of Clinics listed above. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders for your Welcome message.

The Clinic Patient Portal provides you with online access to your electronic health records for care received by a Provider at the WhidbeyHealth Clinics listed above.
